We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Our Barefoot Adventures. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we offer an easy returns policy.
Return conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Make sure that the return shipment is accompanied by the packing slip with your details.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
How to request a return:
- Please contact our customer service at welcome@kupukupulab.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request your return.
- Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service will provide you with further instructions regarding the returns process, including the return address.
- Pack the items carefully in the original packaging and add the packing slip (which we will send you by email) with your details.
- Ship the items back via a traceable method to avoid loss during shipping.
Refund:
Once we have received the returned items and inspected them for compliance with our returns policy, we will issue a refund. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account depending on the payment provider.
Exceptions:
