Shipping policy
PAYMENT AND EXCHANGE RATE
We accept online payments in a secure environment powered by Stripe and Ideal.
We process the payments in YOUR SELECTED CURRENCY. The exchange rate will be determined by your bank provider at the time of the transaction. Please note that exchange rates vary but there are a number of online conversion tools available.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be in general delivered within 3 or 4 working days.
Upon payment confirmation and verification of delivery/billing address, we will be able to confirm your order. At this point there will be a binding legal contract between us.
Your order will be dispatched within 2-4 working days, if the product is in stock. If it is made to order, please allow a 2 weeks lead time (plus shipping time). Please be aware that we keep our stock to a minimum as we prioritize small batch production to ensure the lifespan and quality of our products.
Once your item has been shipped, we will also send you a confirmation email to notify you that your product is on its way and send you the shipping code for you to track the order.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order or process your payment, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Free shipping within the netherlands, belgium and germany on orders from €70,-.
We will make every effort to deliver promptly, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery by third parties engaged to deliver your orders to you. Please also note that orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Similarly, orders received on a Bank Holiday will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
For shipping outside Indonesia, please note that your order will be shipped exclusive of import duties and customs charges. In some countries you may also be requested to pay additional import duties and local sales taxes at the time your order is delivered to you.
We do have in the Netherlands some stock. So if your item is in stock in the Netherlands you don’t have to pay shipping and international duties and taxes. We did that already for you.
